New Materials for 3D-Structuring Using Two-Photon-Absorption (TPA)

The main aim of the present project in the framework of the Austrian Nano-Initiative is the development of materials for the fabrication of miniaturized structures with TPA (Two Photon Absorption). This 3D-structuring technique is suitable to build parts with a resolution in the 100 nm range.
