Reengineering of a surveying office
object of this thesis is to collect and analyse business processes in a
surveying office in order to check their costumer use and efficiency
and to submit them, if necessary, to a redefinition. An essential
aspect is the creation of an information system that collects all
project-specific information as well as all process components. Then
the process efficiency can be determined. Consequently, the system can
be used as base for the establishment of a workflow management system.
the long run the aim is the definition of standard processes in such a
way that they can be modified in a simple manner and enable on the one
hand utmost flexibility and costumer use and on the other hand maximal
efficiency within the surveying office.
